3 Healthy Non-Alcoholic Cocktails

Mocktails consist of being a simulated non-alcoholic cocktail, composed of infusions of fruits, herbs and juices. They are ideal to share in a meeting with friends and family since they are for all ages. We share 3 recipes to enjoy these delicious drinks and at the same time take care of your health.

Kiwi Mint

Ingredients

  • 5 kiwis, 6 mint leaves
  • Mineral water, cinnamon powder to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon, ice

Preparation

Peel the kiwis, blend with a splash of water until a fine puree consistency. Wash and chop 3 mint leaves. Strain the kiwi and serve in glasses. Add chopped mint and fill with mineral water, add cinnamon to taste, decorate with remaining mint leaves and enjoy!

Berry Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries, ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon stevia, mineral water
  • Ice, lemon slices, rosemary, and raspberries for decoration

Preparation

Mash raspberries with a fork until pureed, strain into a glass and reserve the juice. In a shaker or glass, add raspberry juice, lemon juice, stevia and ice. Mix well, serve and add mineral water. Decorate with lemon slices, rosemary and raspberries.

San Francisco Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice, 30 ml lemon juice
  • 60 ml pineapple juice, 30 ml peach juice
  • 30 ml pomegranate juice, ice
  • Orange slices and cherries for decoration

Preparation

In a shaker or glass, add the orange, lemon, pineapple and peach juice. Shake or mix until well combined. Pour a little pomegranate juice into the serving glass, add ice and pour the mixed juices. Decorate with orange slices and cherries.
